Repair Terms and Conditions

  • Your repair is covered by a 6 month warranty from the date your device is delivered back to you
  • For a repaired screen, this covers the touch screen being unresponsive in areas. This also covers any screen lifting where the screen comes away from the body of the device providing it’s not as a result of the device being dropped and the casing being dented/damaged.
  • Its important to note that we do not cover if the devices screen has the following issues, green lines, black parts to the screen (bleed), cracks to the screen, scratches of any kind to the screen. The list is down to the device having impact damage of some capacity. 
  • This does not act as an insurance policy so will not cover any damage to the screen such as cracks or scratches.
  • For a repaired back glass, this covers ensures the back glass will remain fully attached to your device.
  • This does not cover any damage to the back glass such as cracks or scratches.
  • Should you need to claim on your warranty, please get in touch and we will provide the address to return your device to us. This will need to be arranged at your cost. Upon receipt of your device, we will then fix the issue and return your device back to you free of charge.
  • We do not issue refunds on repairs. We will only offer the option of fixing the fault.
  • We are not liable if any further damage occurs to your phone whilst in transit to ourselves. It is your responsibility to package it suitably to avoid any damage occurring in transit.
  • On receipt of your device, we will test it for any additional faults. We will then contact you via email to confirm any faults found. Once confirmed, we will then complete your chosen repair (either replacement screen or replacement back glass). This is to avoid any discrepancies about how the additional faults have occurred.
  • Please remove any passcodes/device locks from your device prior to sending so that we can complete testing. iCloud accounts don’t need to be removed although please do remove them if you prefer.
  • We will update you via email about all stages of your repair so please make sure the email address provided is correct.
  • For repairs paid for via Klarna, these must be posted back out to you and cannot be collected. We aim to repair all devices the same day they are recevied.
  • If you wish to return an accessory you have purchased you can do so within the 14 day cooling off period as long as the packaging has not been opened.
  • We cannot accept a return on accessories where the packaging has been removed and/or the accessory has been used.
