Our Gradings

 

Pristine
A Pristine device will be in brand new condition, with no scratches or marks anywhere. The device will be fully working with no defects. Battery health will be over 82% (iPhones only).
Very Good
A Vey Good device will have light signs of use to sides and/or back but screen will be scratch free. There will be no cracks. Device will be fully working. Battery health of 82% or above (iPhones only).
Good
A Good device will have light to moderate signs of use to back, sides and or screen. There will be no cracks. Device will be fully working. Battery health of 82% or above (iPhones only).
Average
An Average device will have noticeable signs of use to back, sides and/or screen. There will be no cracks. Device will be fully working. Battery health of 82% or above (iPhones only).
No Touch ID (iPhone 8 and 8 Plus)
A No Touch ID device means the home button on the device will work but the finger print scanner will not – this means you unlock the device with a passcode instead of your finger print. Apple Pay will also require a passcode instead of your finger print. (Please note: on these models the home button will have been replaced. This can result in there occasionally being a slight delay after the button has been pressed). The device will be in either refurbished, good or average cosmetic condition. The device will have a battery health of 82% or above. The device will have 30 days warranty for any other malfunctions outlined in our terms and conditions.
No Face ID (iPhone X and above)
A No Face ID device means the Face ID function on the device will have stopped working and is not fixable. This means you unlock the device with a passcode instead of facial recognition. Apple Pay will also require the passcode instead of facial recognition. The device will be in either refurbished, very good, good or average condition. The device will have a battery health of over 82%.
